Bring your device, try out our devices if you don’t have one and are wondering about the benefits, and ask questions in a friendly helpful environment. Learn how to use the features that will best suit you, and find out more about the services you may find useful.

These drop-in clinics are a great way to ask questions and get advice. You can also try different equipment and find out what technology is available! We recommend booking ahead.
One 2 One SUPPORT (by appointment) £20 per hour
If you need help getting your device up and running or want more support to learn how to use the features of your device in a 1-2-1 setting then phone us (or email) to book an appointment. Typically the location is at the Hub at The Wilberforce Trust or one of our outreach locations.
If that isn’t convenient then we can also help through email or telephone where appropriate so get in touch and we can see how best to help.

Our one to one services provide the help and care you may need to get you up and running with the device that will be useful for your everyday life. We ask about the type of activities that you have been doing or want to do and we advise and teach you how to use particular features on your device.
Our one 2 one help is from a technology expert whose friendly approachable style will get you on your way in the time it takes you so that you feel confident and comfortable. She has studied technology to PhD level, comes from a teaching background and can help you in an engaging manner.
